DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. --- Add another "win" to the Rivertowns Square complex in Dobbs Ferry.
The mixed-use area, which recently welcomed iPic Theater and City Perch restaurant, has finalized a lease with Brooklyn Market of Williamsburg to open a new 18,000 square foot store by the end of 2017.
Brooklyn Harvest Market is a full-service purveyor of high-quality meats, seafood, prepared foods and produce. It is well known -- and has built a following-- for its prepared foods, gluten-free products and customer service.
According to Greenstone Realty, the exclusive leasing agent for Rivertowns Square, the market, when open, will offer a full butcher as well as seafood and gourmet counters with specialties from their Brooklyn and on-premises kitchens.
"We had the opportunity to choose from several supermarkets and gourmet food stores to join the other great tenants at Rivertowns Square, but we chose Brooklyn Market because they consistently demonstrated their ability to deliver quality at every turn and provide customers with incredible service in all of their eight locations,” said Martin Berger, Managing Member of Saber Dobbs Ferry and the center’s owner/developer.
“Yes, there are other markets that have produce and products almost as fresh as Brooklyn Market, but none with the level of service the founders of Brooklyn Market demand.”
In addition to the new market and iPic Theater, Rivertowns Square, located at the Lawrence Street exit off the Saw Mill River Parkway, also featurs a Chipotle Mexican Grill, Chop't Creative Salads and Ulta Beauty & Cosmetics.
A new Hilton Hotel is anticipated to open by year’s end and more than a dozen stores and restaurants are currently under construction. Ready for occupancy soon: The Danforth luxury residences.
