Regeneron officials unveiled plans this week for a 10-year expansion that adds more than 1 million square feet of building space and includes nine buildings and parking structures at the 555 Saw Mill River Road. Officials are looking for site-plan approval from Greenburgh so the 30 acres is ready for building, lohud.com reports.
Feiner estimated the project would bring in $7 million to $8 million to town coffers in permit fees alone. He also said property values would increase as Regeneron employees look to move into the area, lohud.com reports.
