Barbara Prisament is a 19 year resident of Hastings-on-Hudson, where she is raising her two sons, and serves as the Downtown Advocate for the Village. She is a veteran of the music industry having worked in marketing for Elektra and Chrysalis Records and as Label Director for Capitol Records in New York. She currently co-organizes the Take Me To The River Music & Arts Festival, and is a marketing consultant in the arts. Current clients include RiverArts, for whom she just produced the First Ever RiverArts Music Tour, and the Caramoor Center For Music and The Arts in Katonah NY. Barbara also volunteers as a leader of the Rivertowns La Leche League group.
