300+ Support New York Medical College's Founder's Dinner

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- More than 300 guests came out to support New York Medical College at the annual Founder’s Dinner held at the DoubleTree Hotel in Tarrytown, N.Y., on Oct. 22.

The evening drew guests from affiliated hospitals, faculty, alumni, students, friends, government officials and members of the business community. The fundraising gala raised $350,000 to support various college programs and activities. 

The event also honored three distinguished members of the College community for their contributions to NYMC and the greater community. This year’s honored guests were: John C. Duffy, M.D. ‘60, the William Cullen Bryant Award recipient; Ansley Bacon, Ph.D., the Jackson E. Spears Community Service Award recipient and; Bijan Safai, M.D., D.Sc., the Distinguished Service Award recipient. 

The presenting sponsor of the 2015 Founder’s Dinner was The Children’s & Women’s Physicians of Westchester, LLP (CWPW).
