At 1 p.m., parents and children will gather in the Ardsley Public Library parking lot and proceed down American Legion Drive, make a right on to Center Street and end up at the Ardsley Community Center, where the High School Key Club is setting up various Halloween-themed stations and also has arranged for the appearance of a balloon lady and disc jockey.
Because of the parade, Center Street will be closed to traffic from 1-3 p.m.
Prior to the parade, starting at 11:30 a,m., children may gather at the Ardsley Library to decorate their trick-or-treat bags.
