The menorah will be surrounded by buckets to be filled with hats, scarves, gloves and other winter clothing to be donated.

The festivities will also include Wacky Chad and his extreme pogo skills, hilarious stand up comedy and unusual blend of tricks, stunts and humor. Chad is a world renown street performer known for his air powered pogo stick and his miniature bicycle.

Balloon sculptor Scott Kazan will be on hand as well as art for the kids, latkes, donuts and gelt for all.

Fire on Ice is sponsored by the Chabad of the Rivertowns. Rabbi Benjy Silverman of the Chabad invites everyone “to celebrate Chanukah as a family helping to light the world’s largest Ice Menorah, while enjoying Wacky Chad, Chanukah art and traditional Chanukah treats.”
