Dobbs Ferry Recreation "Scaring" Up Trick-or-Treat In Downtown

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. -- The Dobbs Ferry Recreation Department will hold a Halloween Trick-or-Treat event on Cedar and Main streets on Thursday.

Downtown Dobbs Ferry will host trick-or-treaters on Oct. 31.

Those streets will be closed to traffic from 4 to 6 p.m. so children can trick-or-treat safely in the downtown business district.

The event will also feature Rooney Tunes Entertainment, which will provide music and games.

In addition, all Halloween poster painting contest participants will have their scary posters displayed on the storefront windows.
