HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. ‒ Learn how improvisation training can improve your business performance during a three-hour class Wednesday, March 6, at the Purple Crayon in Hastings.

The class will be given by comedian-turned-business educator Bob Kulhan.

Kulhan, an adjunct professor at Duke Fuqua School of Business and Columbia Business School, uses improvisation to help professionals learn how to act and react effectively in all types of situations.

“We started linking different types of decision-making back to improvisation," Kulhan said. "And that’s really one of our road maps to linking what we do comedically and theatrically to the business world."

Kulhan said many people do not consider themselves to be funny or are uneasy in public situations. He believes improvisation training can help them uncover hidden talents.

Kuhlan runs the interactive learning sessions through his company, Business Improvisations. The fee is $68.  More information and registration information are available at the Purple Crayon website.
