Hastings' Holiday 'Eggstravaganza' Set For March 23

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Egg hunters will fill Reynolds Field in search of hidden treasure when the Hastings Recreation Department and Police Benevolent Association host the annual "Eggstravaganza" on March 23.

Children ages 2 through 8 are welcome to join the hunt for hidden plastic eggs filled with candy in an 11 a.m. start. Bags of goodies will be available for children under two.

Egg gatherers are asked to bring their own bags or baskets to the event where light refreshments will be provided and the "Bunny" will be available for pictures.

The event is free to all Hastings residents and all children must be accompanied by an adult. In the event of inclement weather,
the event will be held on March 30.
