IRVINGTON, N.Y. -- Hudson Chorale will conclude its sixth season with a performance of Felix Mendelssohn's "Elijah" at Irvington Middle/High School on Saturday, May 14.
"Elijah" tells the story of the Old Testament prophet to music with floods, tempests, droughts, fiery chariots and a fiery staircase. It features a 35-piece orchestra and soloists.
The performance begins at 7:30 p.m.
An informal reception with the conductor, soloists, orchestra and chorus members will follow the concert.
