Opening for Osborne will be Lauren Shera, whose combination of folk-tinged, country-influenced music has been called a melodic blend of West Coast-meets-Middle America. Shera has opened for a host of notable acts, including Billy Bragg, Jason Mraz and Ray LaMontagne.

She recently released a new album, "Gold and Rust" and is looking forward to her Westchester debut.

"I am very excited to play Westchester for the first time," Shera said. "When I was very young, my family relocated to California from upstate New York, so I haven't been back to this area for quite some time. I'll be playing solo acoustic so people will be able to hear the songs as they were written, which is how I love to perform."

As for Osborne, her new album, "Love and Hate" brings together her three lifelong passions in one unique production.

“From the beginning, the music of 'Love and Hate' seemed to cry out for a more theatrical presentation than I have ever attempted before,” she said.

Her album has been described as a “fascinating, sexy and emotionally charged performance piece centered around a song cycle exploring modern romantic love and its undercurrents of anger, fear, pride and passion.”

You, however, can be the judge.
