Auditions are by appointment only and those wishing to audition should email matt@tnny.org or call 212-845-9824 ext. 801 for an appointment slot. Auditioners should bring a picture of themselves, a song to sing with the sheet music in their key, and they may be asked to dance. An accompanist will be provided.

For more information and a full cast breakdown visit www.tnny.org. Auditions are open to all high school students and adults. This will be Theatre Now’s first full scale production in Westchester County where they hope to make a permanent home producing top-notch plays and musicals throughout the year. In addition to local area auditions, auditions will also be held in NYC in late August.

The cast will be a combination of professional actors as well as non-professionals some of whom are college-age interns and others who are local area community members.

“It’s a great opportunity to have a professional theatre company where members from the community can work side by side with seasoned veterans” says Artistic Director, Thomas Morrissey. “It is very important for us to also be a part of the community in this way.”

Other volunteer opportunities also exist within the company from helping out back stage to ushering. There are even plans to do a few community ‘pot luck’ dinners for the cast with the help and support of local area residents. If you'd like to be involved in any of the many offstage opportunities, please email emily@tnny.org or call 212-845-9824 ext. 803 for more information about volunteering.
