Prepare For Halloween With Reading Of 'Legend Of Sleepy Hollow'

SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. – Readings of “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” will be led by storyteller Jonathan Kruk at the Old Dutch Church in Sleepy Hollow through October.

Performances are Friday, Oct. 9 through Sunday, Oct. 11 as well as Oct. 16-18, 23-25, 30-31 and Nov. 1.

Kruk provides a dramatic performance of Washington Irving’s classic tale with images of the headless horseman, Ichabod Crane, Brom Bones and Katrina Van Tassel. Live spooky organ music accompanies the storytelling.

Parking for the event is available across the street at Philipsburg Manor. Tickets are $25 for adults and $20 for children under 18. Advance tickets are required. Click here to purchase tickets.
