Photography Class for Teens: 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Photographer and filmmaker Filipp Kotsishevskiy is leading a 5-session class on photography for teens. Saturday, Sept. 7

Take Me to the River: 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. The 7th annual Take Me to the River Music & Arts Festival combines nationally acclaimed hip-hop, bluegrass, jazz, world, folk, Americana, and indie-rock music with the intimate feeling of a backyard barbecue. This "boutique-style" event offers outside-the-box art installations and activities, showcases a wide selection of local eateries, and promotes environmental awareness. $25. Sunday, Sept. 8

Choice Pet at Friends of East Rumbrook Dog Park 2013 Dog Swim: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This event is held in partnership with the Town of Greenburgh to support maintenance and improvements to the Dog Park. Choice Pet will be there along with several hundred dog lovers to cheer on all of the dogs playing in the park swimming pools. Anthony F. Veteran Park, 11 Olympic Lane, Ardsley.
