Bi-Lingual Education: 7 – 7:30 p.m. The Lyceum Kenedy French American School of Ardsley hosts The Importance of a Bi-Lingual Education. Dobbs Ferry Library, 55 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry.

Tuesday, Aug. 21

Swim for Fitness:  6 to 7:30 a.m. Chemka Pool hosts an early morning workout for members only. Chemka Pool Road, Hastings.

Guitar Guy:  1 p.m. The Ardsley Library hosts Robert the Guitar guy. 9 American Legion Drive, Ardsley.

Wednesday, Aug. 22

Blood Drive:  1:30 – 7:30 p.m. Hastings Public Library hosts a blood drive by appointment or walk-in. Orr Room, 7 Maple Avenue, Hastings.

Story Time: 1:30 p.m. The Dobbs Ferry Library hosts story time. 55 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry.

Bike Lecture: 6:30 p.m. Jason Cairo, co-owner of Endless Trail Bikeworx hosts Hit The Trails: Mountain Biking in Dobbs Ferry and the Hudson Valley. Dobbs Ferry Library, 55 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry. Registration is required.

Summer Concert Series: 6:30 – 8 p.m. The Village of Dobbs Ferry and Jazz Forum Arts present the David Janeway Trio. Waterfront Park, Dobbs Ferry. 

Thursday, Aug. 23

Toddler Time: 11 a.m. The Dobbs Ferry Library hosts toddler time. 55 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry.

Bedtime Story Hour: 7 p.m. The Ardsley Library hosts a bedtime story house for children ages 3 to 5. 9 American Legion Drive, Ardsley.
