HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Pirates, zombies, ghosts and witches roamed down Warburton Avenue in Hastings on Sunday as the village celebrated Halloween and fall. Children and adults alike enjoyed games, pony rides, window painting and more during the afternoon celebration downtown.  “The pony rides are pretty fun,” said Caludia Baizan, a Yonkers resident.
