DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. -- Cheese lovers can add to their knowledge and expertise with Cheese 101: Appreciation & Tasting Class on May 18 at Curious-on-Hudson in Dobbs Ferry.

The class will learn the origins, flavor profiles and pairing tips from Dobbs Ferry resident and cheese meister Nancy Vuletic in the course that runs from 6:30-8 p.m.

Clubs, couples and singles (over 21-years-old) are welcome at $40 per person, which includes samplings of several cheeses, dried fruits, nuts and baguettes served with two glasses of sparkling wine.
