DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. -- Trick-or-treaters invaded downtown Dobbs Ferry on Thursday evening as local businesses joined village police, fire and other personnel in a Halloween celebration.

The event was sponsored by the village and Dobbs Ferry Recreation Department and ran from 4-6 p.m.
