River Roadhouse is going all out for Christmas this year. The bar is covered in lights and decorations, while bartenders serve up festive favorites like The Grinch and the Naughty Nutcracker.

The Grinch is a fruity blend with 2 oz. of Midori melon liqueur, 1 oz. pineapple juice and 1 oz. coconut vodka served over ice in a highball glass. Top it with a strawberry or maraschino cherry for garnish to represent the Grinch’s heart that grew.

The Naughty Nutcracker is a creamy mix of 1 oz. shots of Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, RumChata, coconut vodka, milk and amaretto liqueur. It’s served in a martini glass and is topped with whipped cream and crushed candy cane.

River Roadhouse’s Christmas come early party features live blues rock from New York’s Ten Ton Mojo and The Grape And The Grain on Friday, Dec. 12 at 9 p.m.

Ask about the special deals for those who bring in an unwrapped for the River Roadhouse’s Toys For Tots drive. You can drop off a toy any time through Dec. 12.

Get warmed up from the cold at Cedar Street Grill where the hot Applejack Toddy relieves the chill and is the "apple a day" the doctor ordered (the smell alone is amazing).

Applejack Toddy is made with 1.5 oz. of Laird’s Applejack Bourbon, 1 oz. honey cinnamon syrup, 6 oz. of local apple cider. Cedar Street Grills heats their Applejack Toddy's with a cappuccino milk steamer, but you can heat your drink in a medium sized pot if you don't have one.

  • Pumpernickel – 925 Saw Mill River Rd., Ardsley (914) 479-5370

Pumpernickel’s Candy Cane Mocha Martini includes 1.5 oz. of Patron Café, a .5 oz. of crème de cocoa, 1 oz. vanilla vodka and whipped cream.

These ingredients get shaken and served in a martini glass rimmed with chocolate syrup and dipped in crushed candy cane for an adult, updated version of everyone's favorite holiday sweet.
