Hastings' Musician Caleb Featured On 'Choose To Change' Radio

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - Hastings musician Caleb (Flood-Goldstick), whose original music often focuses on teen life and its challenges, will be featured on the Ohio anti-bullying radio program "Choose To Change" on Wednesday and Thursday.

Caleb is a 14-year-old at Hastings High School student who has been performing since he was 8. He plays plays guitar, ukulele, base, drums and piano. The radio show features guest DJs who suggest songs that either inspire positive self-esteem, equality, a healthy planet, peace or never giving up.

"They found me somehow through my anti-bullying songs I think," Caleb said of the taped interview with "Choose To Change." "They did the interview over the phone with me because they're in Ohio. I was on HUD here live a while back. That was pretty cool."

The radio program, which is streamed on 106.7 WRHC-FM, will air Caleb's interview at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday and 11 a.m. Thursday. 

Caleb's "More Time," which addresses teen suicide and bullying, has gone viral on YouTube with 2.5 million hits. His song, "We Run" has nearly 1.1 million views. "Falling Over You," a song Caleb wrote when he was 11, hit No. 1 on the Tween Pop Radio charts and abroad in Australia.
