Catherine Cioffi Joins Rivertowns Daily Voice As Community Advisor

OSSINING, N.Y. -- Ossining resident Catherine Cioffi is one of Daily Voice's community advisors for its Ossining, Chappaqua and Rivertowns sites.

Community advisors provide Daily Voice with tips for local news and events.

Cioffi serves as director of public relations at Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, responsible for media outreach and social media.

Since Cioffi joined Mercy, media hits for the college have increased 600 percent and Mercy's social media presence has increased 100 percent. Cioffi previously worked at WCBS 880 AM for a decade as a general assignment reporter.

Cioffi has also worked at WFUV 90.7 FM, WBGO 88.3 FM, ABC News Radio Network and Clear Channel New England Hub.

In 2003, Cioffi received the American Young Broadcasters Award

Cioffi holds a law degree from the Pace University School of Law and a journalism degree from Fordham University.

She lives in Ossining with her husband, Robert, and their three sons; Edward, Nathaniel and Quentin.
