HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. Eggstravaganza will be coming to the village of Hastings to get the local kids ready for Easter a little early this year.
The Hastings Recreation Department and the Hastings Police Benevolent Association will be sponsoring the Easter egg hunt. Children ages 2 to 8 are invited to stop by Reynolds Field on Saturday at 11 a.m. to look for the plastic eggs filled with candy hidden around the area.
Goodie bags will be given out for children under 2. The event is free to all Hastings residents, who can register online with the recreation department. The Easter bunny will also be around to take pictures with children and their parents.
