Kevin Buchanan came forward Wednesday as the top prize winner in the New York State Lottery's "Hit $5,000,000" scratch-off game, according to Lohud.
Buchanan was presented with his oversized novelty check at at Yonkers Grocery and Convenience on Yonkers Avenue.
