Kaitlyn and Delia Roussel, of Dobbs Ferry, are visiting France and doing their best to remember fallen soldiers in honor of Memorial Day. The two are both girl scouts, currently living with their mother, Connie Ann, in Kaiserslautern, Germany while their father, Sgt. Brian D. Roussel of the United States Army, is serving a one year deployment in Kuwait. Kaitlyn, 8, and Delia, 6, made the trip to France to meet up with French girl scouts and place American and French flags on some of the 10,487 graves at the Lorraine American Cemetery in Saint-Avold, France.
