The dog is not micro-chipped, appears healthy and to have just had a litter, according to a Facebook post from FurBridge Animal Rescue and Community Outreach, a local nonprofit.

The dog, said to be about 1-2 years old, was described as "sweet" and "well-mannered," and was said to be crate-trained, according to the post, which has since been shared on the Lost PETS of Westchester County NY Facebook page.

If the owners are not immediately found, the pet finder is asking that someone willing to temporarily shelter the animal step forward.

Anyone with any information on the animal or who may be willing to help is urged to email zoyalitinetskaya@gmail.com or dawn@furbridge.org.
