Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings Schools Will Have Delayed Openings

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Ardsley Union Free School District, Dobbs Ferry School District and Hastings-on-Hudson Union Free School District announced late Sunday that they will have two-hour delayed openings on Monday in anticipation of the wintry weather expected to arrive overnight.
