Ardsley Warns Of Potential Phone Outages During System Upgrade

ARDSLEY, N.Y. -- The Village of Ardsley has announced that residents may experience telephone problems when contacting the village as it begins work on the telephone network on Friday, Oct. 31 at 8 a.m.

This system change will not impact emergency calls placed on 911. Emergency calls on 911 operate on an independent system. Thus, there will be no delays for police, fire, or ambulance calls. 

No such guarantees are in place for routine calls to the police desk at 914-693-1700. If there is a true emergency, call 911.
