Congratulations to Our "Do You Know Where" Winner

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Congratulations to Joan Vaillancourt for winning the "Do You Know Where" game we posted earlier this month.  With the first guess we received, she was correct in identifying the image as the one on the recycling bins outside of the Hastings Public Library.  This challenge was originally posted on Feb. 2.
