ARDSLEY, N.Y. – Hollywood is set to invade the Rivertowns next week when Martin Scorsese’s movie “The Wolf of Wall Street,” starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill films scenes in downtown Ardsley Tuesday through Friday, said George Calvi, Ardsley village manager.

Indoor scenes will be filmed at the former Westchester Garage, next to Star Bagels, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Calvi said. Outdoor shots will be filmed Friday, September 14, on Saw Mill River Road between Ashford Avenue and Center Street and will feature 1980s cars, Calvi said.

“I can't vouch for the hours of the interior shots,” he said. “I just know they are in the daytime. I have been assured the outdoor shots on Route 9A with vintage 1980 automobiles will take place after the morning rush hour after 9:30 am, and could carry on as long as the sunlight lasts.”
