DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. - Do you enjoy getting in the spirit and dressing up in costumes for Halloween? Does your dog? If you want to enjoy Halloween with your pets by your side then youre in luck because Dobbs Ferry will be holding its popular Dobbs Furry Halloween Pet Parade on Oct. 31.
All you need to do is visit the Dobbs Ferry village website and enter your pets name, breed and then some of your own information. Categories in the parade include best costume, best costume combo with your dog, most exotic pet, pet with unusual markings, happiest pet, the pet who looks most like their owner, best trick and spookiest pet.
The parade starts at 5 p.m. at Chestnut and Main St. and is presented in conjunction with the annual Dobbs Ferry downtown trick or treating from 4-6 p.m.
