Hebrew Center Plans Blood Drive in Dobbs Ferry

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – The Greenburgh Hebrew Center of Dobbs Ferry will host its annual blood drive Sunday, Feb. 3, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to benefit White Plains Hospital.

Eligible donors 16 years old and over are welcome, and donors under 18 must have parental consent. Identification is required for all donors.

The White Plains Hospital Blood Bank is coordinating the blood drive and is available at 914-681-1056 to answer questions regarding eligibility.

Donors can make an appointment by emailing blooddrive@g-h-c.org. Walk-ins are also welcome.

Refreshments will be provided to donors after they give blood. 

For additional information, call the synagogue at 914-693-4260. The Hebrew Center is located at 515 Broadway in Dobbs Ferry. For directions check the Hebrew Center's website.
