Hastings Mayor: Call Me If Still Without Power

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - Hastings mayor Peter Swiderski urged residents to call or email him Wednesday afternoon if they are still without power and don’t live on Villard, Summit Drive, Calumet, Hollywood, Forest, Lefurgy or Jefferson.

“We have three Con Ed crews in Hastings finishing up remaining pockets of homes or individual homes in the next hour or two,” Swiderski said in the message sent out at 1 p.m.  “Once they are done, they are leaving the village for the day.”

Swiderski urged residents to reach out to him if they still are without power and do not live on one of the streets mentioned so he can make sure Con Ed crews get to them.

“Once these crews are gone, it may be a couple of days before they return,” he said in the message.

You can call Swiderski at 914-755-0014 or email him at mayor@hastingsgov.org
