HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- There will be parking restrictions and street closures on Tuesday, Feb. 24, Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 3, because Steiner Studios will be filming for a television series titled "Divorce."

As a result the following parking restrictions and road closures will be in effect:

The following parking restrictions will be in place on Tuesday:

  • No parking now through Tuesday on Warburton Avenue, both sides from Riverview Catering to the bus turnaround for snow removal and truck parking.
  • No parking on the Eastside of Southside Avenue from Spring Street to Zinsser Commuter Parking Lot from 5 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • One space in Con Ed parking from 5-10 a.m.

Road closures:

  • The northbound side of South Side Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic from 6-10 a.m.
  • Northbound traffic will be diverted up the southbound lanes with officer assistance, and brief intermittent delays should be expected from 6-10 a.m.
  • Southbound traffic will remain open for commuters. However, it may be subject to intermittent closure as well from 6-10 a.m.

Monday, March 2, and Tuesday, March 3:

Parking restrictions:

  • No parking on both sides of Riverview Place.
  • No parking in Zinsser Park.
  • No parking in the first three spaces east of the driveway entrance to Zinsser Park.

Road closures:

  • Riverview Place duration (two days); emergency vehicle will have access.
  • Warburton Avenue between DAK Enterprise and Warburton Avenue bus turnaround will experience intermittent road closures on Tuesday, March 2, from 7 a.m.-noon.
