"Considering the sort of little bored rich kids that loiter around main street trying to show how tough they are while sitting in car parks and whispering about people, this doesn't at all surprise me," Viv Apalooza-McRik said. "in fact, i'm surprised more of that doesn't happen. Sad."
"I'm very surprised - I never saw this happened in Hastings. I have live here half my life," Georgina Nicholaides said.
Gina Talbotsaid, "Terrible! Seems like our town is going downhill."
"To be fair, it may or may not be a Hastings resident who did this. But we should all be aware, and report any suspicious activity to the police. It never hurts to take the time to do that," George Shepherd said.
Those who may have information are asked to call the Hastings Police at 914-478-2344.
