Law enforcement agencies are seeking the community’s assistance in locating a Hudson Valley teenager that has been missing since January.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Hastings-on-Hudson Village Police Department have issued a missing person report for 16-year-old Sophia Salas, who was reported missing on Jan. 5.

Salas has been described as an approximately 5-foot 5-inch bi-racial female, weighing approximately 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Her tongue is also pierced. She was last seen in Hastings-on-Hudson.
