RIVERTOWNS, N.Y. - Nearly 1,700 Con Edison customers were without power early Monday after a Sunday night storm knocked down trees and downed utility wires in Ardsley and Dobbs Ferry and Ossining.
A downed tree also blocked traffic along Route 9A in Ardsley between Colony Street and Ashford Avenue.
