Ginsburg Development Cos. will develop Saw Mill Lofts, a 66-unit apartment building in Hastings-on-Hudson, according to a press release.

Twelve of the apartments will be affordable housing.

The $34.9 million development will create 100 temporary construction jobs and three full-time permanent jobs to administer the apartments upon completion.

XSS LLC will develop a 138-room Hilton Garden Inn at 35 Livingston St. in Dobbs Ferry. The 83,000-square-foot hotel will be built above a 127,000-square-foot retail space, at an estimated cost of $17 million.

The effort will create 165 temporary construction jobs and 50 full-time permanent jobs to operate the hotel when completed.

“These projects invest in the future of our Rivertowns, providing affordable rental housing for professionals and accommodations for family members of area college students and hospital patients, as well as business travelers,” said County Executive Rob Astorino in a press release.
