See What's Coming up in Dobbs Ferry This Week

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – Now that the long holiday weekend has come and gone, it's back to business for most residents and businesses. There is plenty going on in Dobbs Ferry this week so take a look below at what’s coming up.

The Dobbs Ferry Architectural and Historic Review Board will be meeting Monday night at 8 p.m. in Village Hall.  There are several items on the agenda regarding local businesses as well as resident applications. The board will discuss solar light for signs at The Summit, a potential addition or alteration at Stop & Shop, a new sign at Allstate on Cedar St., the proposed Walgreens application and new exterior lights at Sushi Mike’s. The full agenda can be seen on the village website.

On Wednesday, there will be a financial aid workshop for parents of seniors and juniors at Dobbs Ferry High School. The workshop starts at 7 p.m. and will be led by Aisha Samuel, who is the senior assistant director of student services at Mercy College.

The board of education will be meeting on Thursday at 7 p.m. in the high school/middle school library. The agenda has yet to be posted online.
