What's closed:

  • Dobbs Ferry, Ardsley Union Free, and Hastings Union Free School Districts and all school offices
  • The Dobbs Ferry Library 
  • Hastings, Ardsley and Dobbs Ferry Town and Village Halls and all town and village offices
  • All post offices; no mail will be delivered 
  • Most banks
  • All courts and state and federal government offices

What's open:

  • The Hastings Public Library
  • The Bee-Line will operate on a normal schedule
