DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. After a long and difficult week for residents due to Tropical Storm Irene, The Daily Dobbs Ferry wants to hear about your experiences. How has the village responded to the storm? Town reporter Redmond Zmudzien will be at the Hastings Public Library on Friday and he wants to hear what's on your mind.
