Sidewalk Construction Underway In Hastings

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Crews began to repair sidewalks that were damaged during a gas main update in downtown Hastings on Monday, Oct. 6, and the repair work is expected to last 30 days.

Sidewalk construction will continue on Warburton Avenue in Hastings next week.

During construction, areas where work is taking place will prohibit on-street parking.

Crews will be working on the north end of Main Street by the end of this week and will continue on West Main Street, Warburton Avenue and Spring Street during the week beginning Monday, Oct. 13.

Work is scheduled to be performed from 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday, weather permitting.
