Forget about frost on the pumpkin, Westchester County can expect snow on the pumpkin according to the National Weather Service.

A Winter Storm Watch has been posted for Westchester County from Saturday morning and ending late at night. Forecasters say we will see a mixture of light, wet snow and rain begin early Saturday and change to all snow by late Saturday afternoon. Snow could be moderate to heavy at times before ending Saturday night, according to officials. Accumulation between 4 and 8 inches is possible.

Authorities warn of possible hazardous travel conditions or power outages due to falling tree limbs from the heavy and wet snow.
