DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. Tuesday is election night, but there are also some village meetings coming up this week in Dobbs Ferry. Take a look below at whats on the agenda for this week.
The Dobbs Ferry Board of Trustees will be meeting Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in Village Hall. The board will consider recommendations and appointments of various residents by the nominating committee.
The board will consider a proposal from The Cookery for a mobile pizza truck, which requires approval of a peddlers permit for the sale of pizza at the waterfront and in the downtown area. There will also be a consideration for an amended site plan approval for the Stop & Shop renovation project.
There will be a discussion about authorizing the mayor to sign a Justice Court Assistance Program Grant application for an amount no more than $30,000.
Further, Gould Park field improvements will be discussed along with potentially authorizing the treasurer to expand the required funds from the villages recreation fund for various projects.
There will be an update on the Rivertowns Square Proposal, submission of the applications draft environmental impact statement and schedule of public workshops noticed.

The Dobbs Ferry Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting Wednesday at 8 p.m. in Village Hall to discuss several applications.
The board will hold a public hearing on an application filed by Seaver Dobbs Ferry LLC for eight variances for the proposed Walgreens on Ashford Ave.
The board will discuss adopting a resolution and negative declaration un the State Environmental Quality Review Act for Stop & Shop.
There will also be public hearings on applications filed by local residents that the board will discuss.
