Take a Look at Meetings Coming Up in Dobbs Ferry

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – There are a couple of key meetings coming up in the village this week, including a public hearing on Rivertowns Square.

Dobbs Ferry will hold a public hearing on the Rivertowns Square project’s Draft Environmental Impact Statement. The hearing will go over the project's process presented by the consulting planner and a formal presentation of the project by the developer. The land use and zoning, the socio-economic and community facilities will be discussed as well as project alternatives. There will be a presentation by the project’s traffic consultant and then public comments will be heard on any part of the DEIS.  Additional public hearing dates will be set by the board of trustees at the end of the meeting. A brief description of the project can be found on the village website.

The Dobbs Ferry Architectural Historic Review Board will be meeting on Dec. 20 at Village Hall at 8 p.m. The board will hear applications for solar light or signs at The Summit, a new sign at Allstate on Cedar St, an additional story at a medical building on Ashford Ave, a presentation from the Walgreens project and several others. The full agenda can be found on the village website.
