HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- There will be several meetings taking place in Hastings this week as the various boards in the village plan to discuss local issues.
The Hastings Conservation Commission will be having its monthly meeting Tuesday night in the Municipal Building at 8 p.m. The conservation commission will discuss an update to the green building code, the spring conference for the Southern Westchester Environmental Action Coalition, the Love em and Leave em program and transportation. There will also be updates from the village green team and the Hastings High School environmental club.
The Hastings Recreation Commission will be meeting Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in the community center.
The Hastings Planning Board will be meeting Thursday in the Municipal Building at 8:15 p.m. The planning board will consider an application for the construction of a new two-story single family home and driveway on a vacant lot on High St. The board will also discuss applications for additions and alterations to various local homes. The Rivertowns Square proposal in Dobbs Ferry will also be discussed by the board.
