Take a Look at What's Happening This Weekend

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – This weekend features plenty of Halloween events in the village to help get you in the spirit.  There are also a couple of live shows, the farmers markets and some other activities to check out.  Take a look below at what’s happening this weekend.

On Friday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. the Dobbs Ferry Farmers Market is back on Cedar St. and will have its usual collection of fresh produce, meats, baked goods and wine.

On Friday from 7:30-9:30 p.m. the James Harmon Community Center in Hastings will be hosting Backstage at the Ed Sullivan Show .

Saturday from 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m. the Hastings Farmers Market will be in the Municipal Building parking lot with some of the freshest produce in Westchester.

The South Church in Dobbs Ferry will be hosting the Harvest Bounty on Saturday from 12:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.  The event will teach practical skills to help you eat healthier and save money.

The Ardsley Public Library will be hosting Halloween Hoot at 4 p.m. on Saturday.  Registration is required and costumes are welcomed.

The James Harmon Community Center will be having Zumbathon to benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation on Saturday from 7-10 p.m.

The Kelty Twins will be playing at Pumpernickels in Ardsley Saturday night at 9 p.m.

All day Sunday is Halloween in Hastings as there will be window painting, a bounce house, a parade, trick or treating, the two by two zoo and pumpkin painting.
