Warburton Avenue Southbound In Hastings Area Closed From Friday To Monday

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Warburton Avenue southbound in Hastings-On-Hudson was closed at 9 a.m., Friday, and will remain closed until noon, Monday, according to a press release from the Westchester County Department of Public Works and Transportation.

The closure is contingent on agreeable weather conditions, and is part of the Warburton Avenue Bridge rehabilitation project.

The closure will be from the southbound direction of Warburton over Cropsey Lane, from Washington Avenue to Main Street.

The southbound closure is to allow workers to place concrete and perform other tasks to improve the deck of the Warburton Avenue Bridge.

The northbound direction of Warburton Avenue has been closed and will remain closed until December.

Detours are posted for motorists who typically use either direction of Warburton Avenue.
