The Westchester County District Attorney’s Office’s High Technology Crime Squad, using investigative software, downloaded child pornography from the IP address in Westchester in January. On Feb.17, the crime squad executed a search warrant of Biswas' address in Westchester. Biswas was present and identified two external hard drives as belonging to him, the complaint said.
