Showers and thunderstorms are possible on Tuesday afternoon with a high of 78. Chance of rain is 40 percent. 

Precipitation could linger on Wednesday morning before clearing with a high of 71 degrees. 

Sun will dominate the forecast starting on Thursday through the weekend with temperatures in the mid-to-high 70s.
