Winter Storm Watch Limits Parking In Part Of Hastings

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- No parking will be allowed on the south side of Washington Avenue beginning at 6 p.m. Wednesday because of a winter storm watch that will be in effect at 7 p.m.

Beginning Wednesday morning, periods of rain were expected with a chance of sleet. Rain is likely in the afternoon with highs in the 30s.

Wednesday night will have a rain, sleet, snow mix with a chance of accumulations up to 3 inches.

Snow is expected to last through Thursday with a total accumulation of 4-6 inches, with highs in the mid-20s.
